OBJECTIVE: Researcher in the fields of molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, molecular physiology.

Research Interests

1.    Genetic and epigenetic approaches of response on different type of hypoxia (anoxia/reoxygenation, ischemia/reperfusion, asthma, oxidative stress).
2.    HIF-3α subunits role in normal and pathological conditions.
3.    Investigations of hypoxic lncRNA and miRNA expression and its pathways of regulation at ischemia/reperfusion modelling.

•     In vivo lung function measurements using flexiVent instruments
•    Culture of neonatal cardiomyocytes
•    Fluorescence microscopic techniques (determination of apoptosis, necrosis, autophagy, quantifications of  intracellular organelles and protein, measurement of mitochondrial potential)
•    Immunohistochemical using specific monoclonal FITC-antibodies (immuno-fluorescent method) and specific fluorescent dyes.
•    Animal handling experience
