OBJECTIVE: Researcher in the fields of molecular pathophysiology, molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, molecular physiology.

Research Interests

1. Genetic and epigenetic approaches of response on different type of hypoxia (oxidative stress, anoxia/reoxygenation, ischemia/reperfusion).
2. HIF-? subunits role in normal and pathological conditions.
3. Investigations of hypoxic lncRNA and miRNA expression and its pathways of regulation at oxidative stress, ischemia/reperfusion modelling.
